Products purchased via the Chique Sport Ltd Website can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the date of dispatch, providing that they:

  • have not been purchased as “Sale” items
  • that they have been unworn, unwashed, have all labels attached and have been returned in their original packaging
  • are fit for resale

When you return a Product to us that you purchased via the Chique Sport Ltd website:

  1. because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 21 day period above and provided proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email or order number) we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  2. for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective or the wrong item has been dispatched), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective or wrongly dispatched Product. Products returned by you because of a defect or dispatch error will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
  3. where you are returning items to us for refunds or exchange you are responsible for the return of the goods. Packaging must be suitable to preserve the items and prevent damage. Where returned items fail to reach Chique Sport Ltd, refunds or exchanges will only be considered where there is a Proof of Posting issued by your post office.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Where we have agreed to exchange the Product for an alternative colour or size, we will endeavour to dispatch the replacement Product within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods meeting the eligibility conditions above, stock permitting.
