How to exchange an item with us?
Simply send the item you wish to return to us in the post including a note with the following information:
- Order number
- Item/colour/size you would like to exchange to

Please make sure all returned items are unworn, labels attached, in the original packaging and fit for resale.
The item you are looking for is currently out of stock?
With our stock selling fast it is possible some items may sell out quite fast. We do have frequent deliveries of all our stock and work hard to insure the wait is as short as possible. To be sure not to miss out please insert your email address into the ‘Notify Me’ box on our website and we will email you as soon as the item is back in stock.
Discount codes – forgot to add your code at checkout?
When adding your discount code at checkout don’t forget to press apply for the discount to be deducted. This cannot be rectified once the order is placed.
Have you ordered the incorrect size or colour item?
If you have just placed an order with us and realised you have ordered the incorrect size or colour, we will do our best to adjust this for you, stock permitting. Please be aware this is only possible if we are contacted by email before the order is dispatched. If not, you will have to go through the exchange process. email@example.com
Exchanging from Kids to adult sizes, or adults to kids sizes?
If there is a price difference when exchanging an item and the value is less that the original purchased item, we will refund you the difference. When the value is greater than the original purchased item we will send you a request to pay the difference, once the payment has been settled we will dispatch the other item.
Have you received the wrong item in your order or is there something missing?
This must be reported to us by email within 24 hrs of you receiving the parcel. firstname.lastname@example.org
Am I entitled to a refund?
Refunds will be issued only when an item is returned to us within 21 days from when the goods are dispatched. After the 21 day period you will be entitled to an exchange only.
Faulty or Damaged items.
Please send an email to email@example.com with a description and photo of the faulty item. We will then guide you on how to return this to us and decide on a resolution.
Wholesale of Chique Sport
We don't currently have a wholesale or retail option for Chique Sport. Our only sales channel is via our website and at the Chique Sport pop up shops at events we are attending.

Can an item be returned when bought from the Last Chance section of the website?
You can return the item for exchange or credit note. Where the desired exchanged item is not available we will issue you a credit for this. No refunds available on Last Chance sales.
